With help and guidance from a team of experienced property managers dedicated to making property rental, management and investment easy, we’ve grown to manage hundreds of properties for hundreds of clients. No matter how big we grow, you continue to be our top priority!
Bradley McDaniel
President/CEO

Bradley is originally from Mooresville, NC. He attended Lee university and earned his NC Brokers License after attending JY Monk School of Real Estate. Bradley is also a Member of the National Realtor Association.
With almost 2 decades worth of experience in property management and real estate investing, Bradley is our areas go to expert for “boots on the ground” long term rental investing. He knows well the service and attention each client and investment needs to be successful. His dedication to quality service, thorough communication, and expertise in the property management field has been instrumental to the success of APM.
Bradley stays very active in multiple organizations in our community regular organizing community Christmas toy drives, a yearly food drive, and many other community service events. In his free time Bradley enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters. Yes, FOUR daughters! “The joy of his life” he likes to say!
Alex Cardwell

Alex was born and raised in Salisbury, NC. A life long resident of the Rowan/Cabarrus area, Alex has a wealth of knowledge of the local real estate market.
Alex earned his NC Brokers License from Superior School of Real Estate in Charlotte, NC. With years of property management experience, local knowledge, and real estate education, Alex is a great benefit to APM and its clientele.
In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, serving his community, and spending time with his wife and 4 dogs. Alex assisted with founding and continues to operate a non-profit ministry for middle school and teenage students in the area. Providing resources, inspiration, and encouragement for young people is a calling that Alex and his wife find great purpose and fulfillment in.
Trey Ninteau
Property Manager

Trey joined the APM team in 2022. Trey was born and raised in the Cabarrus County area and attended Catawba College of Salisbury, NC. In 2023, he earned his NC Brokers License at Cardinal School of Real Estate of Kannapolis. Trey is also a member of the National Realtors Association.
Trey is an active member of his community serving in a variety of different ways. Trey serves through community toy and food drives and through a variety of different outreach ministries with his church. He also has a passion for mentoring the students in our community. In his free time, you can most often find him at his church, on the lake, or the golf course. He’s also a big traveler and loves spending time with family and his dogs!
